Pop up stores have become a growing trend and a new one that has emerged in London is by the experimental culinary wizards Bompass and Parr. They have opened a Chewing gum factory where you can select from 200 flavours and mix them together to make your own. Such flavours include cotton candy, caramel, foie gras, champagne, mustard and mold!!
